We understand just how important it is for parents to choose the right school for their child. The process outlined below is typical but can be adapted to ensure that you and your child are supported every step of the way.

• Make initial contact with the School’s admissions office. The registrar will discuss your initial enquiry and provide you with an application form.
• Complete the application form and submit it to the admissions office.
• For entry to other Years, please contact the admissions office to discuss a suitable date.
• Within 10 days of the test being taken, we will write to confirm whether we will make the offer of a place.
• A place is secured after we have written confirmation of acceptance of the place and a deposit has been received.

Waiting list
Entry to Year 7 at BIS is often over- subscribed. Should acceptance of a place be received after we have reached our maximum year group size parents will have the option of their child’s name being added to our waiting list.
